Biography

Mr. Page is a partner focusing his practice in the areas of employment and general business litigation. In that capacity, he has represented management in the defense of the various types of employment-related claims brought in California state and federal courts, such as wrongful termination, violation of privacy, defamation, and Title VII and FEHA actions. Mr. Page also has represented clients in commercial litigation matters involving construction disputes, partnership dissolutions, unfair competition claims, and allegations of insurance bad faith, among others. Mr. Page has been lead counsel for clients in arbitrations, and in jury and non-jury trials in both state and federal courts, and has extensive experience in initiating and representing clients in simple and complex Alternative Dispute Resolution proceedings.
