Biography
Mr. Hodson is a partner in the San Francisco office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP specializing in the firm's International Labor & Employment practice. Mr. Hodson’s practice encompasses all issues arising from the requirements of international employment laws, including termination disputes, workforce restructures and redundancy programs, equal opportunity and discrimination law, the proper structuring and documenting of relationships with workers (employees, consultants, temps etc.), employee data protection/privacy, and other employment-related compliance issues.
He has a particular focus in assisting employers handle large-scale multi-country employment law projects, including compliance projects and issues arising out of international mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing and other business transactions (pre- and post-closing).
