Biography

Mr. Briggs is a partner in the Labor & Employment Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. His practice focuses on a wide-variety of labor and employment matters arising under state and federal law. Areas of significant experience include representation of clients in employment discrimination cases, wage and hour litigation (including collective actions), OSHA matters, restrictive covenant and trade secret disputes, union campaigns, collective bargaining, unfair labor practice charges, whistleblower claims and agency proceedings. In addition, Mr. Briggs has significant experience providing training, advice and preventative counseling in all areas of labor and employment law.
