Biography

Ms. Schrero is a partner in the litigation practice area of Seyfarth Shaw LLP and has been a litigator for more than 27 years, specializing in commercial and real estate litigation. She has a broad range of litigation experience in the state, federal and bankruptcy courts and administrative agencies, as well as alternate dispute resolution forums. Her experience includes complex commercial and corporate litigation such as corporate dissolution proceedings and partnership disputes, as well as post-acquisition disputes. Ms. Schrero’s real estate litigation experience includes complex commercial lease disputes, commercial and residential cooperative corporation and condominium disputes (such as election and governance disputes, breach of fiduciary duty and other claims between Boards and owners), foreclosure proceedings, commercial and high-end residential landlord/tenant matters, and real estate brokerage matters. She also has represented property owners, real estate brokers and others as creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. In addition, Ms. Schrero’s practice includes the general representation of cooperative corporations and condominium associations.
