Biography
Mr. Jacobson is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department in the Los Angeles office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. His practice involves representation of employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including wrongful termination, employment discimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and breach of contract as well as the defense of single plaintiff and class actions under California law at the trial court and appellate level, including the California Supreme Court. Mr. Jacobson also has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, with representation in several significant matters involving key California appellate decisions regarding California gaming laws, and complex claims by pension funds against investment managers.Education
