Biography

Kwame A. Benjamin is a partner in the Business Services Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  His practice focuses on real estate and bankruptcy matters. He represents clients in the leasing, acquisition, disposition and development of commercial real estate, with a focus on retail development, as well as secured lending transactions and general landlord/tenant matters. With respect to bankruptcy, Mr. Benjamin's practice focuses on the representation of both secured and unsecured creditors and the defense of their rights in bankruptcy proceedings.
