Biography
Ms. Cleary is a senior associate in the San Francisco office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. As a member of the Litigation Department, she specializes in litigation matters involving real estate, securities and financial matters, unfair business practices, trade secrets, products liability, environmental matters, and complex commercial disputes.
Prior to practicing law, Ms. Cleary was a commercial real estate broker and product manager of a software development company.
