Biography
Mr. Ingraham is a partner in the Atlanta Office and is the chair of that office's litigation practice group. For more than 25 years, his practice has focused on construction law and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Ingraham represents owners, contractors, design professionals and sureties in a wide variety of construction-related matters. He has served as lead counsel in the litigation or arbitration of construction, surety and environmental remediation disputes throughout the United States, including trying approximately one hundred cases to verdict or arbitration award. Mr. Ingraham’s work also includes drafting contracts, negotiating contract amendments and modifications and advising clients on contracting and claims avoidance issues.
Mr. Ingraham serves as an arbitrator in construction industry disputes before that the American Arbitration Association, serves as a mediator and is a frequent lecturer on legal issues facing the construction industry.
