Biography

Ms. Visosky is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  A member of the Labor and Employment department, her practice involves representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, collective bargaining agreements, and qui tam actions.

Ms. Visosky has handled all aspects of civil litigation defense from case inception through final stages. She has also defended depositions, conducted interviews of client’s employees, and has drafted numerous legal documents including complaints, answers, discovery requests and responses, motions to compel, motions for summary judgment, settlement agreements, motions in limine, and trial briefs.

Ms. Visosky was the lead attorney in a pro bono immigration case in which she obtained permanent residency for a 16-year-old boy from Mexico who had been abandoned by his parents at birth, and came to the United States to escape gang violence.  The boy is now living with his maternal grandparents in Santa Maria, CA.
