Biography
Mr. DiFronzo is a partner in the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, practicing in the areas of general corporate, banking, finance and creditors' rights. He represents numerous companies in matters of corporate finance, licensing and M&A transactions. He represents numerous institutional clients in structuring commercial transactions and developing and executing workout strategies for troubled debt facilities.
In the area of institutional lending, Mr. DiFronzo has represented clients in matters as varied as automobile dealer floor planning, industrial revenue bond transactions, trade letter of credit financings, asset-based loans and traditional working capital and equipment loan facilities.
