Biography
Ms. Rogers is an attorney in the Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP concentrating her practice on labor and employment law matters. Ms Rogers represents primarily public sector clients in a wide range of labor and employment disputes, including grievance and interest arbitration proceedings, unfair labor practice proceedings before the State Labor Relations Board, as well as employment discrimination charges and union organizing and representation matters. Ms. Rogers has advised clients on a number of personnel and administrative matters under state and federal law. In addition, Ms. Rogers has assisted school districts and other educational entities with general school law matters.Education
