Biography
Ms. Holleman is a senior associate in the Real Estate Practice Group. Ms. Holleman is resident in the Atlanta office, and her practice is concentrated on commercial real estate development, financing and leasing. Ms. Holleman represents owners, developers and investors in the acquisition and leasing of office buildings, retail shopping centers, apartment complexes and industrial facilities, and she spends a significant portion of her time on retail acquisition, development and leasing. Additionally, Ms. Holleman has significant experience representing lenders and borrowers in traditional and securitized lending transactions.Education
