Biography
Ms. Borowski is a mid-level associate in the Labor & Employment Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Her practice is focused on ERISA litigation and employment discrimination cases in federal courts across the country. Ms. Borowski defends employers against claims of breach of fiduciary duty, statutory penalty claims, claims for pension and welfare benefits, and claims of discrimination under ERISA. She also defends employers in discrimination claims under the ADA and Title VII, among other areas. She has significant experience drafting memoranda in support of motions to dismiss and summary judgment and has taken depositions. She has argued cases in both the Seventh Circuit and the Northern District of Illinois.
