Biography
Ms. Peracke is an associate with Seyfarth Shaw LLP concentrating her practice in labor and employment law.
Ms. Peracke brings a unique perspective to her practice. Prior to her legal career, she was a Human Resources professional in the corporate community and has first-hand knowledge of many areas of employment law. As a Human Resources professional, Ms. Peracke managed the areas of recruitment, policy development, and employee relations (coaching/counseling employees and managers, handling discipline and discharge issues, etc.).
