Biography
Mr. Gallion has worked in the Labor and Employment Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw’s Los Angeles Office since March 1997 and has been a partner since March 2003. Since commencing practice, he has focused his practice on defending companies in all aspects of labor and employment law. Mr. Gallion has developed a special expertise in handling class and complex litigation, including nationwide, high-stakes wage and hour and discrimination disputes. He has assisted numerous clients in conducting wage and hour audits and implementing workforce reclassifications. Mr. Gallion frequently conducts training and lectures on class action litigation and wage and hour issues.Education
