Biography

Mr. Hamilton is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He focuses his practice in commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Hamilton is experienced in real estate development, commercial leasing, asset purchase and sales, and real estate finance, and regularly works with organizations seeking to provide equity financing and mezzanine debt.

Mr. Hamilton is also experienced in the areas of property management, environmental assessment and environmental project management, real estate due diligence, and land use, zoning, and planning. Mr. Hamilton previously served as Assistant General Counsel at a real estate management company, where he managed and coordinated the successful closure of a 450,000 square foot, seventy-tenant enclosed retail center and office building for reconfiguration into a power center.
