Biography
Mr. Berk is an associate in the Litigation Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP and is a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Berk served as a judicial clerk for the Superior Court Department of the Rhode Island Supreme Court and worked as a litigation associate in a Boston area firm.
