Biography
Ms. Keblawi is an associate in the Employee Benefits Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Ms. Keblawi assists clients with the design and administration of employee benefit plans, including tax-qualified pension plans, cafeteria plans, and health and welfare plans. She also counsels clients on plan documentation (including drafting plan documents, SPDs, amendments, and plan administrative procedures), plan qualification (including representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service), and other benefit plan issues. Ms. Keblawi has substantial experience working with multiemployer defined benefit funds. She has been a contributing editor to Employee Benefits Law, the leading treatise in the field of employee benefits.Education
