Biography
Amanda Weiner is an associate in Seyfarth Shaw's Los Angeles office practicing government contract law and commercial litigation. Ms. Weiner has experience representing government contractors at the state and federal level on a variety of issues including False Claims Act defense, defective pricing, terminations and contract construction. She has assisted clients through all phases of the disputes process, from claim preparation to litigation. Ms. Weiner has also been involved in a number of bid protests, representing both protesters and intervenors before the GAO and agency contracting officers.Education
