Biography

Mr. Lapp is a partner resident in Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Chicago office. His practice includes labor and employment litigation before federal and state courts and agencies, in particular, representing employers in class and collective actions and multi-plaintiff cases. Mr. Lapp’s practice also includes advice and counseling on a variety of labor and employment issues, arbitration and mediation, and internal investigations. Mr. Lapp serves on the Firm’s Lawyer Development Committee and previously was co-chair of Labor and Employment Group’s Training Committee. Mr. Lapp previously clerked for the Hon. Daniel A. Manion on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
