Biography
Ms. Polito is Of Counsel in the Boston Office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, practicing as a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. Her practice has focused on all aspects of commercial real estate law, and she has significant experience in real estate financing, representing both lenders and developers, acquisitions and sales of industrial sites, shopping centers, office buildings and apartment complexes, including major multi-location transactions, and commercial leasing, representing both landlords and tenants.
Ms. Polito has substantial experience in the commercial leasing area, including representation of national retailers, shopping center owners, landlords of downtown office buildings and of suburban office, R&D, and industrial parks, and representation of tenants, including high tech companies, in leasing office, R& D and industrial space.
