Daniel P. Wierzba

Biography

Mr. Wierzba is an associate in the Government Contracts group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. His practice focuses on bid protests, white collar defense, construction law, and commercial litigation. Before joining Seyfarth Shaw, Mr. Wierzba practiced in a construction law/government contracts boutique firm in McLean, Virginia. Among his notable cases is a federal court trial where a subcontractor client was awarded nearly seven figures in damages for its pass-through contract and Spearin claims against a government entity. Mr. Wierzba is a contributing author to the Construction Claims Advisor, and was co-author of an article that was presented at the 2008 ABA Forum on the Construction Industry/TIPS Fidelity & Surety Law Committee's Joint Midwinter Meeting in New York.
