Biography
Mr. Jeffrey is a senior associate in the litigation department of Seyfarth Shaw's New York office. He has substantial litigation experience at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts with an emphasis in complex commercial litigation, employment litigation, trade secrets, non-competition agreements, restrictive covenants, corporate dissolution, partnership disputes, business tort claims and commercial and luxury residential real estate litigation. Mr. Jeffrey is a member of Seyfarth Shaw's Litigation Practice Group, with a focus on commercial litigation, trade secrets and restrictive covenants. Mr. Jeffrey has also written several articles and given several presentations to other practitioners on various issues in commercial litigation.Education
