Biography
Ms. Perrelli is a partner in the firm’s Boston office and Chair of Seyfarth’s Litigation Department. She is a trial lawyer with over 20 years of experience representing regional, national, and international corporations in the financial services, transportation, manufacturing, technology, pharmaceutical, and staffing industries. Her commercial practice focuses on trial work and counseling in the areas of trade secrets and restrictive covenants, unfair competition and complex commercial disputes, including dealer/franchise disputes, contract disputes, and securities fraud. Her experience spans all forms of dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration, as well as litigation in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies across the country.
Her experience in the employment area includes litigating and advising clients on all aspects of employment law, including reductions in force, hiring and termination, and defense of claims of race, sex, age discrimination and harassment. She also counsels clients regarding compliance with federal and state employment laws, corporate governance issues, employee personnel issues, training programs and compliance audit procedures. She also has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating employment contracts, including non-competition, non-solicitation, non-disclosure and separation agreements.
Ms. Perrelli is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
