Biography
Ms. Perrelli is a partner in the Boston office and chair of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. She is a trial lawyer with over 18 years of experience representing regional, national and international corporations, insurance companies and financial service firms in complex commercial and employment litigation in state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies. She has broad experience in the commercial litigation area handling cases involving dealer disputes claims of unfair and deceptive business practices, trade secret misappropriation, breach of non-compete agreements, contract and partnership disputes, securities fraud, director and officer liability, and insurance and reinsurance coverage.
Ms. Perrelli’s experience in the employment area includes litigating and advising clients on all aspects of employment law, including reductions in force, hiring and termination, and defense of claims of race, sex, age discrimination, and harassment. Ms. Perrelli also counsels clients regarding compliance with federal and state employment laws, corporate governance issues, employee personnel policies, training programs and compliance audit procedures. She has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating employment contracts, including non-competition, non-solicitation, non-disclosure and separation agreements.
