Biography
Ms. Gilmore is an associate in the Labor and Employment practice group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.
Ms. Gilmore’s practice is primarily devoted to advising and representing clients in all aspects of employment-related litigation including discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, breach of contract and wage and hour and labor-organizing issues.
Ms. Gilmore regularly assists clients in drafting policy and procedure manuals, employee handbooks, employment agreements and severance agreements. She provides preventive advice, counseling and training on employment issues. In addition, she counsels employers on the practical and legal implications of everyday employment decisions as well as strategies for avoiding employment litigation and maximizing productivity.
