Jay W. Cho

Biography

Mr. Cho is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group at the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He has experience representing clients in a wide variety of business disputes in state and federal courts. His practice focuses on business and complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract, fraud, trade secret, unfair competition and unfair business practices claims.

During law school, Mr. Cho served as a judicial extern to the Honorable William Bassler in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and as a judicial intern at the United States Attorney’s Office in the District of New Jersey. Prior to law School, Mr. Cho was a senior associate at a consulting firm specializing in advising the intelligence community in Washington, D.C. Mr. Cho also served as Program Assistant to Ambassador Richard Murphy at the Council on Foreign Relations.
