Biography
Mr. Neudorfer is an associate in the Litigation Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Houston office, where his practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation. Prior to joining Seyfarth Shaw LLP in 2006, Mr. Neudorfer practiced law with a business litigation firm located in Dayton, Ohio.
Mr. Neudorfer has experience representing clients in a wide variety of business disputes in state courts, federal courts, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. His past work has included the defense of class actions, securities litigation, mass torts, media law matters, and contract disputes. Mr. Neudorfer also has represented clients in intellectual property matters, employment litigation, and privacy litigation. Mr. Neudorfer has been involved in cases large and small, and he has experience in all phases of the litigation process.
