Biography
Ms. Aguilar is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. A member of the Labor and Employment department, her practice involves representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour, business torts, and class action matters. Ms. Aguilar also has extensive experience with complex litigation and has second-chaired multiple trials.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Aguilar served as a law clerk for the Honorable Walter Carpeneti at the State of Alaska Supreme Court and the Honorable Larry Weeks at the State of Alaska Superior Court.
