Biography

Ms. Havette is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department and is a member of the firm’s national Wage & Hour Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Havette devotes the majority of her practice to advising employers of their rights and obligations under the Fair Labor Standards Act and representing management in litigation and administrative enforcement actions arising under state and federal wage and hour laws. Ms. Havette has extensive experience with data collection and exposure analysis activities in the class action context.
