Biography

Ms. Barancik is an associate in the Labor and Employment Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  Her practice focuses on representing management in single and complex employment litigation disputes arising under federal and state employment statutes in federal and state courts nationwide.  Ms. Barancik has represented numerous employers in multi-plaintiff and class-action cases, including second-chairing two month-long federal court jury trials in a multi-plaintiff race discrimination case, and is a member of Seyfarth Shaw’s Complex Discrimination Litigation Practice Group.  Ms. Barancik also has experience representing management before the National Labor Relations Board, including second-chairing a hearing before the Board.
