Biography

As a partner in the firm’s New York office, Mr. Reice represents management and has extensive experience in the telecommunications and health care fields. He has tried cases in the federal and state courts, before numerous arbitrators and administrative agencies including the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) . He has additional expertise in collective bargaining and litigating labor related arbitrations. With prior experience as a vice president of human resources and senior associate general counsel, Mr. Reice has particular expertise in employee relations, alternative dispute resolution program design and implementation, management of reductions-in-force, wage and hour, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and affirmative action and corporate employee policy issues. He regularly provides advice and counsel with regards to these and other employment related matters.
