Biography
Rebecca Davis is an associate at Seyfarth Shaw LLP in its Litigation Practice Group. Her practice includes the fields of environmental transactions, regulations, and litigation, as well as commercial litigation matters. Prior to beginning her legal career, she worked in the fields of environmental consulting and insurance, including matters involving environmental site assessments, toxic mold evaluation, and the remediation of contaminated sites. Ms. Davis works closely with the firm’s real estate practice group on a wide array of environmental matters. She is a registered patent attorney.Education
