Biography
Mr. Velasquez is an associate in the Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He concentrates his practice in labor and employment law, with an emphasis on wage and hour litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Velasquez was a summer associate at Seyfarth Shaw. In fall of 2007, Mr. Velasquez was a clerk to The Honorable Jesse Reyes in the Circuit Court of Cook County.
Mr. Velasquez is extensively involved in community organizations, including the Associate Board of City Year Chicago, an organization dedicated to literacy improvement in Chicago Public Schools.
