Biography
Ms. Gould is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group, dividing her time between the Los Angeles and Boston offices of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Her practice is concentrated in the representation of businesses, lenders, real estate investors, developers, landlords, tenants and individual property owners in all areas of commercial real estate including acquisitions, dispositions, loan workouts and foreclosures, leasing, zoning and title matters and the financing of shopping centers, hotels, office, retail, multi-family and mixed use properties, including the following:
- Structuring and closing of mortgage loan transactions for securitization in the capital markets.
- Representing financial institutions in construction and permanent financings, mezzanine loans, syndicated facilities and other structured finance transactions.
- Representing landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions, including sale/leaseback transactions.
- Advising sellers and buyers on the acquisition or sale of all types of real estate.
