Biography
Mr. McGuire is an associate in the Commercial Litigation practice group in the Houston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He practiced with a construction litigation firm in Dallas from 2006 until he joined the firm 2008. Mr. McGuire’s practice has included representing clients in the construction industry in a variety of matters including: drafting and negotiating contracts, perfecting mechanic's/material man's liens, perfecting payment bond claims, and litigating construction related disputes.
