Ms. McCorvey is a Senior Business Immigration Specialist in the Business Immigration Practice Group at Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Working with both nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, she researches and prepares H, L, TN, J-1, E and O petitions and visa applications, as well as foreign labor certification applications and preference petitions, for client companies of varying sizes and spanning many industries. Prior to joining Seyfarth Shaw, Ms. McCorvey served in the business immigration practice group of a prominent law firm in Atlanta, Georgia.
