Mr. Yang is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. A member of the Labor & Employment department, he represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour, business torts, and class action matters.Education
