Biography
Mr. Curtis is a partner in the Environmental, Safety and Toxic Torts (ESTT) and Commercial Litigation Groups. He has extensive experience litigating environmental and safety issues with both the government and private parties. He focuses his ESTT practice on OSHA matters defending against willful, serious and repeat citations including hearings before the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission, United States Circuit Court of Appeals and various state plan boards. He has successfully represented clients in numerous fatality\catastrophe investigations throughout the United States.
Mr. Curtis’ commercial litigation practice concentrates in business disputes, contracts and transportation issues. Mr. Curtis has experience litigating in both federal and state court, including class actions, and before administrative agencies.
Mr. Curtis frequently speaks to trade and industry groups on OSHA compliance matters.
