Biography
Ms. Ghassemi is an associate in the Labor and Employment Department in the San Francisco office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Her practice includes representing employers in the litigation of various labor and employment matters including discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, failure to accommodate, sexual harassment, wage and hour and contract claims brought under state and federal law. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Ghassemi advises employers on a multitude of labor and employment issues. In February of 2007, Ms. Ghassemi was appointed the General Counsel for the San Jose/Silicon Valley NAACP, a position which she continues to serve.Education
