Biography
Mr. Lee is an associate in the Litigation and Labor & Employment Practice Groups in the Los Angeles office. He has represented a variety of private sector employers with respect to class actions and complex multi-party matters in both state and federal courts. He also has experience in litigating employment discrimination, wrongful termination, insurance bad faith, business torts, unfair competition and general commercial disputes.
Mr. Lee is fluent in Korean and is a contributing writer for the Korea Times newspaper.
Prior to joining the firm, he served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Arthur S. Weissbrodt, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California.
