Mr. Pilson is an associate in the Employee Benefits practice of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. His practice is focused on counseling clients on virtually every aspect of retirement and welfare plan design, implementation, administration and termination. He also counsels clients with respect to employee benefits considerations in corporate mergers, acquisitions and other transactions.Education
