Biography

Ms. Bentley is an associate representing management in the area of employment law. She has experience litigating matters under various federal and state statutes, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981. Her practice has a particular emphasis on single plaintiff litigation.  Ms. Bentley is a member of the Workplace Counseling and Litigation Practice Group.
