Biography
Ms. Kim is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. A member of the Real Estate Practice Group, she has a wide range of experience in transactional matters, including general business matters, structuring joint ventures, real estate acquisitions and sales, and commercial leasing.
Ms. Kim represents a number of large pension funds, investment funds and fund investment managers in connection with their investments in all types of real estate, such as hotels, office towers, and commercial and industrial portfolios. She also represents institutional lenders in commercial mortgage loans and unsecured loans to high net worth individuals as well as borrowers in mortgage and mezzanine loans.
In 2007, Ms. Kim received an Angel Award from California Lawyer for her pro bono work in merging two behavioral-health non-profit organizations.
