Biography
Ms. Freeman is an associate in the Real Estate practice group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP's San Francisco office. She concentrates her practice in the area of commercial real estate, with an emphasis on loan transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, and retail, office and industrial leasing. Her representation has included drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, conveyance documents, loan documents and lease agreements.Education
