Biography
Mr. Marder’s practice is focused on the representation of emerging growth companies, ranging from start-up to publicly - held and venture capital firms. He has advised companies in many high tech related industries, including (with special emphasis) biotechnology and life sciences, telecommunications, renewable energy and enterprise software solutions. He has experience in a variety of public and private (debt and equity, including Rule 144A) transactions, merger and acquisition (buy and sell side) activities and strategic transactions, including joint ventures. He also has experience in representing domestic and foreign financial institutions and equipment vendors as lenders, arrangers or agents and companies as borrowers or issuers in the origination and work - out of secured and unsecured financings (including, high yield debt, credit facilities, equipment leases and project finance).Education
