Biography
Anne Brynn is an associate with Seyfarth Shaw LLP's Corporate Practice Group, where she concentrates her practice in the areas of trusts, estates, and wills.
Previously, Ms. Brynn worked as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Jannene Shannon of the Albemarle County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court in Charlottesville, Virginia. As a judicial clerk, Ms. Brynn researched relevant law topics and created protocol used by judges in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court with cases involving adoption, involuntary commitment of minors, and drivers' licenses.
Additionally, Ms. Brynn worked as a law clerk in the Antitrust Division of Alston & Bird in Atlanta, Georgia. As a law clerk, Ms. Brynn created, updated, and maintained case files, indexed documents received through the discovery process, and prepared documents for production.
