Biography
Mr. Dowley is an associate in the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, practicing in the areas of banking, finance, real estate and general corporate matters. Mr. Dowley represents numerous institutional clients in connection with matters as varied as commercial mortgage backed security financing, asset-based lending, and traditional working capital and equipment loan facilities. He also counsels several companies in connection with formation issues, corporate finance, licensing, M&A and other general corporate needs.Education
