Biography
Mr. Trusty is a partner in Seyfarth Shaw’s Atlanta office and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group where he represents commercial and residential developers in the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of real estate. He has been involved in commercial brokerage disputes and represents several brokerage firms. He also represents local and out-of-state lenders in the areas of real estate lending, workouts and foreclosures.Education
