Biography
Ms. Gruszka is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She is an active member of the firm’s nationwide Complex Discrimination Litigation Group and ERISA/Employee Benefits Litigation Group.
Ms. Gruszka’s practice includes representing management in the litigation of single- and multi-plaintiff employment discrimination cases brought under federal and state law and employee benefits cases brought under ERISA.
