Biography
Mr. Roth is Of Counsel member in the Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. For 47 years, Mr. Roth has provided all-encompassing counsel to numerous clients, spotting and solving legal problems that might escape an attorney knowledgeable in only one area of the law.
Among his many accomplishments, Mr. Roth has helped found numerous private and public companies and successfully guided clients through all phases of growth. He also offers extensive experience in the administration of large estates for both individuals and foundations. He is also a Board member on a number of corporations and is a director and officer of several private foundations.
